APIs allow third-parties to access financial information efficiently, giving the chance to the developers to build new apps and services.

Moreover, they described the importance of Customer Experience in Open Banking and how this digital transformation is going to change whatever we used to know about banking. One of the most interesting topics of discussion was the connection between Open Banking with AI and Machine Learning which constitute the basic pillars of Open Banking.
